Payment Processing Timeline

Withdrawals will be processed within 3 banking days from the date of your withdrawal request. Any delays beyond this timeline will not be entertained, and we request that you cooperate with us for swift resolution.

If you do not receive your payment, it is your responsibility to immediately contact our support team. Delayed communication on your part will not be accepted, and timely action is essential for resolution.

120-Day Legal Action Window

If payment issues are unresolved, you may pursue legal action against Bitofy only after 120 days from the non-payment date. Any legal action before this period will be considered invalid and unsupported.

Negative Comments & Reputation Damage

If negative comments are posted on our official social media platforms (like Facebook) causing damage to our reputation, your account along with the remaining balance will be frozen for 15 days. Please refrain from damaging our reputation, as it will lead to serious consequences.

Responsibility for Payment Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details are correct and valid. Incorrect or incomplete information from your side will cause unnecessary delays, and these will not be our responsibility.

Unresolved Payment Issues

If your payment issue is not resolved within the 120-day period, you are required to take appropriate legal measures. Bitofy will not take further responsibility for delayed payments beyond this period.

Immediate Support Engagement

In case of any payment issues, you are expected to immediately engage with our support team. Failure to do so may result in further delays and complications in resolving your issue.

No Charges for Legitimate Support Requests

You will not incur any additional charges for contacting our support team regarding payment-related issues. We are here to assist you without any extra fees.

Payment Confirmation Process

You will receive a payment confirmation within 24 hours of processing your request. If you do not receive confirmation, it is your responsibility to follow up with our support team immediately.

Rejection of Invalid Payments

If the payment details you provide are invalid or incomplete, your withdrawal request may be rejected. We urge you to double-check all information before submitting it to avoid issues.

Transaction Fees Transparency

Any transaction fees applicable to your withdrawal will be disclosed in advance. You will be responsible for covering any such fees.

Freezing Account for Policy Violations

No Refunds Post Account Freezing

If your account is frozen due to policy violations, there will be no refund for any remaining balance.

Company Financial Crisis

In case Bitofy faces a financial crisis, we kindly request that you allow us a grace period of 30 days to resolve the issue and ensure payment processing. Your understanding and patience during such difficult times are highly appreciated.

Company Insolvency Protection

If Bitofy experiences financial difficulties or insolvency in the future, we assure you that we will work diligently to resolve the issue and restore solvency. During this period, we ask that you refrain from filing any lawsuits and instead pursue legal avenues through court, if necessary.

By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned above. Please ensure compliance to avoid complications. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
